MG&E wanted to revamp their office with “The Hub”—a bright, welcoming space with greenery where employees could connect, grab coffee, have meetings, or work solo in a flexible setting.
To make this vision a reality, they needed versatile furniture that could easily adapt to different activities. Initially, a large team from various departments contributed ideas, but the decision-making process became slow.
